Quincy Beyrouty capped a historic tournament with a final-round 69, blitzing the field of 41 players by nine strokes, helping the Oregon Tech women’s golf team to a second-place finish Tuesday at the Bushnell Fall Classic in Springfield.

Beyrouty set an OIT and Cascade Collegiate Conference 36-hole scoring record, finishing the tournament at 5-under 139 — with her margin of victory equaling the largest in a conference event (joining Janelle Ferlan of OIT at the 2018 Warner Pacific Invite). Jessica Ng (78-70 — 148) of British Columbia finished second, with two players 10 strokes back.
